If you encounter errors when working with the assembly :
1. If you work at the assembly errors , do not forget to detail the information in your message.
2 . If the error is on stage boot loader , select which type of media used (stick , screw, CD ) , how to create a boot disk ( details ) which of the boot is used (Bootmgr or Grub4Dos). If you make modifications to the folder / file / boot – need detailed information on the changes . If you have problems with bootstrapping sure to check with the carrier assembly on another PC (another motherboard ) , if on the problem PC running other assembly – specify which .
3 . Error at boot PE build – specify at what stage (visually) fails , what processor / memory volume . If a BSOD – sure that you attach a spoiler report HWID (2k10 \ Programs-2k10 \ Drivers \ HWID \ HWID.exe), made in a working OS. If the assembly is not loaded – verify whether all similar OS ( XP/2003 ) to work on a particular platform .
4 . Errors in the software package : contact , what program there is a problem . If a desktop OS – select what you used . Also specify how it manifests itself (for example, writing a file is not available or program falls with an error – what) .
